KRO Coaching is a youth football development company based in NW Surrey, working with players aged 9–16. As the official Pathway Partner of Farnborough FC Academy, we give young players a clear route from weekly training all the way to post-16 academy football.
At KRO, we strive to create the best environment for footballers to develop as both players, and young people.
Growing as a player and a teammate alongside developing social/ life skills that can be applied on and off the football pitch.
We aim to interact with our players on the pitch in lots of different ways to help them develop. It could be through a 1to1 session, a small group session, one of our KRO Training Centres or through our Half Term Performance Camps.
All of these bring different environments for us to deliver and impact our players’ game in multiple ways.
KRO always had a plan to bring a positive environment for footballers to grow and develop. Having the opportunity and drive to build a platform to allow players to learn/ understand things you wish you could have known is a privilege and is what drives us in every sessions.

We have recently joined up with Farnborough FC Academy U19s to become their PATHWAY PARTNER.

We are looking forward to supporting them with providing a pathway for footballers on their way towards Post 16 career.
